'Corinthian Construct/Deconstruct', one of the 'SynCon' series, is really a visual road-map as to the how of its' making. At the same, one may simply consider the lens image and the act of seeing. These works are architecturally driven and as such should present as large visuals, this increase the distance between self and work. When at 15 to 20 feet the detail give way to compositional direction, form and shape, with a diminishing distance the reverse occure and a different set of information begin to coalesce, thereby introducing a physicality into the perceptual journey. The larger print also impart a sense of arcitectural scale, which work to become more visually ascertive, in ways similar to the ‘built’ aspects of our cities.
All materials, techniques and pigments used in producing this print are archivally in line with museum standards. Print is frontally titled and signed with copyright. A Giclee print (printed on a heavy watercolor paper substrate such as Arches) is available on a diffrent pricing structure. All measurments are from the image edges and do not include the generous griping border. Each print also include instructions for care and if followed will extend print-life so as to provide many, many decades (like between 15 and 20) of viewing pleasure. Buyer will pick-up actual shipping and insurance costs. Should you be in Manhattan when you place your order, I'll personally deliver the print for less than shipping/insurance. By purchasing any of my works, you agree to abide by U.S. copyright statutes…enjoy! samfoto@earthlink.net
