Painting Inspiration:

This is one of our favourite spots to anchor for the weekend. Its the second bay north of this unnamed bay right near the famously known Shark Passage. These bays ledging on deep water, make for an excellent abundance of wildlife & sea creatures. Although this bay is unsuitable for us to anchor, it sure makes a nice swimming & snorkelling beach and you get it to your self the majority of the time. One time we anchored in the dinghy near the rocks on the northern end of the bay to do a spot of fishing, Steve popping his head over the side for a look below with out getting his toes wet.

Being a surfer, he was a little edgy about sharks.... Finally he jumped over to scope out the habitat for fish only to launch immediately back in the boat with eyes wide and snorkel intact in mouth exclaiming there was an enormous shark just sitting there. I guess that would not do a stack for your confidence!
