"The Strugle of Pomona" is acrylic on canvas and was previously stretched. It has been on display at several venues in Downtown Pomona, CA. including The Space Gallery, Da Center for the Arts, and Popztlan. This Painting created in 2003 depicts (abstactly) the strugle of Pomona. It is about the dynamic nature of the arts colony I live in. It is the strugle of all the members in the community trying to keep their galleries open, setting up art shows every month, new galleries oppening, some closing.
