"Love" presents the immortal words from 1 Corinthians in a new and personal way.
I used watercolor and ink and guache, pen and brush. The style is decidedly Celtic in feel, and the border displays an intricate Celtic braid, and the corners show traditional examples of Celtic knotting. To insure the authenticity of the knots I referred to the Book of Kells.
For the calligraphy I chose a script that I enjoyed, but was also very readable.
