Buddy was a retired Thoroughbred racehorse acquired by a friend of mine and being retrained as a trail horse. He was a very tall horse, with plenty of personality!! Unfortunately, after my friend had moved to northern British Columbia, near the Yukon border, he had to sell Buddy, since he wasn't growing enough of a winter coat. I do wish I knew where he was now!!
I painted him on Arches 300 lb Hot Pressed watercolor paper with watercolors.
