This painting is a companion piece to my other painting "The Pack Mind". I derived my inspiration form the science fiction works of Vernor Vinge. Mr. Vinge relates a story of "wolf beings" who operate as a group of 3-5 individuals creating one personality. These 3-5 individuals (wolf pack) work together in complete harmony and unison-while sharing the same mind,memories, and abilities.
