Seller Comments... Thickly painted figure(a form of self-portrait) over an other painting; it may be one of the thrift store canvases I bought/buy from time to time when times are thin. It/he/me is sort of peering around a corner where there obviously is none, peering at the viewer. A friendly thing. And the beginning, or "a beginning" (sorry about the quotes) for the anglea/angel/angle series that has continued and developed over the years. The frame is lattice, pine, stained and can be easily removed.
