My style has been variously classified as; visionary art, fantastic realism, fantasy, surrealism, magical realism, female allegorical, or religious art. I was born in Austria, raised in Italy, and currently reside in Minneapolis, MN (USA). This piece - and much of my work - was heavily influenced by my exposure to Italian life and art (especially the Italian masters of the Baroque Period).
