The third of a series of b&w meditations on the 'Ideal City' of Bath - this piece based on John Wood's Royal Crescent. The Georgian city was begun by the architect/builder Wood in the 1730s, in order to realise his vision of an ideal city based on Druidical, Classical and Freemasonic symbols . "Et in Arcadia Ego" translates as 'I too lived in Arcadia'! [CLICK ON THE IMAGES FOR LARGER FORMAT VERSIONS]
