ELIXIR OF LOVE: In memory of Luciano Pavarotti, who died on September 6, 2007, and the encore performance of one of his most treasured roles, Nemorino in Donizetti's L'Elisir D'Amore (The Elixir of Love). The two-and-one-half-hour, two-act opera was originally broadcast on PBS stations from the stage of the Metropolitan Opera in New York City on March 2, 1981.

The psychic energy and meaning behind this clairvoyant art creation: Without any knowledge of Pavarotti's health during the last week of August the artist began compare the coincidences relative to the opera as it repeated in memory of the baritone on September 6 2007.

Coincidence 1: the feather showed up right in the middle of the play; Coincidence 2: the rose indicated that this painting was definately about romance; Coincidence 3: the circles to the left are representive of opera glasses (with the audience appearing in the background!) Coincidence 4: the face of Pavarotti's lover, Adina, apears just below the dot.

This very spiritual painting on canvas panel was created with acrylic paint using varied brushes, a palette knife, and a lot of intensity. All living beings posess innate elements of power - the strongest being that of love and varied degrees of hate. This painting certainly resonates with love - the reason being that it emotes this passion beyond all other feelings. VISIT ARTIST'S WEBSITE BELOW
