Montreal artist Andris Leimanis’ exhibition “Between Water and Sky” surprises us with dramatically charged landscapes.These radiantly coloured scenes create awe, and yet, inspire a sense of harmony and serenity.While these works hope to “reflect” the transcendence apparent in winding waters, they also hint at the possibilities, perhaps even the mysteries, just around the bend.Most importantly Leimanis’ artistry reveals the spiritual unity of humanity with life forces in subtle nuances and luminosity.
