Seller Comments... This painting by Norval Morrisseau depicts two human faces gazing at one another. While painted in Morrisseau’s signature bright palette, he makes subtle adjustments. Though the two faces are almost identical, their colour patterns are reversed, creating visual tension. The barrier separates the subjects can be read as a commentary of the decline of communication between people and the lack of human interaction in today’s society.
