Seller Comments... 12"x15" oil on canvas Mary was inspired from an old black and white photograph of two children in a forest to paint this. She tones most of her canvas before beginning a painting and does sketches to decide how to express what she saw in the photograph,the innocence of children of a past era,stiff clothing they wore and accepted no brand names.
