Five oils on canvas and five photographs based on MRIs (magnetic resonance imaging, a medical representation of the body). Above, four fashionable athletes and a male nude walking down the stairs form a somewhat odd series. Beneath, photos based on an MRI (broken knee).
An Aikido accident is the origin of these images, which bear, so to speak, a very personal signature.
Once more, two different codes are combined in this work.
Let’s stress that the so-called high-risk sports are perhaps less dangerous than some home activities, especially if they are practiced in Adam’s attire.
