Shaman Alchemist Capturing the power of the sun thereby transforming it into a pot of gold. NOTE: Coined by Paracelsus alchemy became known as the spagyric art after Greek words meaning to separate and to join together.

Paracelsus was an alchemist, shaman and magician. This painting reflects the possibility of someone possessing the power to transform one medium into another. In this case it is the Shaman Alchemist who has gained the power to transform sunlight into gold.
