© 2009, 'Deco Pendant, polished onyx & carved ivory': The SinCon technique of seeing and making the image may physically extend the lens subject accross the frame, however this process may also extend that subject beyond conventions of perspective and an earthbound sense of gravity. Once this happens it become easier to see the lens subject as a formal visual composition, ie color, form, movement, etc. without being to closly tied to the buildings as buildings. For me, I saw possibilities closly aligned with jewelry design.
