Seller Comments... Historic Properties dates back to 1749, when Halifax was founded, and represents Canada's oldest surviving waterfront warehouses. I love the city of Halifax and cut my teeth there as an artist selling my pencil drawings on the Nova Scotia waterfront. Part of what I enjoy about the city is the European style architecture. This sketch was done during the first year of my art career and was my first attempt at architecture.
