'QRC (quick response code)-USA', from the Equivalence series, © 2010: While this technology allow immediate informational access to anything that can be sold, via cell phone with a built in camera, it may also be considered a code of conduct for the 21st century. Technology has infinitely narrowed that space between decisions made and their consequences. These consequences, due also to social tekno impacts, have grown exponentially, necessitating the best decision be made the first time around (less wiggle room). These incredible social pressures are at the seat of transformational human behavior in the 21st century, perhaps lying in the path of the survival of Earth & humanity. This linkage of technology to social behavior may best be described by the volume title "Hot, Flat and Crowded: Why We Need a Green Revolution-and How It Can Renew America" by one of Americas' foremost thinkers, Thomas L Friedman.
