We created the Sun-Moon-Stars design to capture the day sky, the night sky and the point point in between - the sunset. This unique piece is combination of materials selected for their touch, vibrancy and contribution to design.
- The Sun is a raised paper mache and cord low relief sculpture which is embedded with Zwarovski crystal beads.
- The Moon, Stars and Saturn are made from cast resin and matching gemstones with a back-light to give them an evening glow.
- The Arabic mosque is a combination of textures including tiles, beads and an Arabic inscription.
- The blue star is made from stained glass with beveled mirror inserts.
- The sunset and Jupiter are painted with an opalescent finish which reflects differing moods at different angles and lights.
This exquisite bedhead is to be teamed with a lush silk bedspread and pillows dripping with red crystals and tear-drop pearls.
