Seller Comments... This painting depicts the tearing down of walls at a construction site. I felt that there was an odd beauty in the destruction. I painted this piece with a palette knife, creating a thick impasto that complements the roughness of the scene. The painting is acrylic on gallery-wrapped canvas (1.5" depth) and is painted around the sides so it can be displayed in a contemporary setting without a frame.
