Seller Comments... From the Vintage Map Series These pieces are inspired by and made from vintage road maps (c. 1950-1968) cut mounted preserved and painted all in a continuous piece. In New York: Liberty Listens... the road map reads from Yonkers at the shoulder to the Bay, at the hem of the gown, with a ribbon of drapery to the left incorporating the river, Ellis and Liberty islands. On paper, with 2" museum white matting & blue/silvered modern frame.
