The elephant in the circus act created the inspiration for this political stone sculpture.The Republican symbol seems to be on the bottom but also is larger and more beautiful because of its polished alabaster. The Democrat Donkey appears the survivor landing on top but scruffy in limestone surface. It is truly a balance as each moves at the touch of a hand.
