This is a crappy photo. Sorry. It is a mixed media piece with the women family members in the background over text written by my great-grandmother. It is a sermon she wrote as a metaphysical minister. The person in the middle is me in a bit of a forced perspective. Slightly smaller than life size. I intentionally made the face blurry and focused the clarity of the figure on the hands. In my family, hands are very descriptive of our life and struggles.
