This chest is a fusion of styles both classic and modern. Twenty panels of carved Teak (in a matched pattern) are inlaid on the 4 sides. The top is exquisitely carved in a classical pattern.
The wooden chest is hand carved in solid Teak. It is finished in french polish (shellac) and lacquer.

All latches, hinges, stays are gold plated; furthermore the 2 latches are intricately hand carved. The piece is hand chiseled and branded by the carver.
