Seller Comments... Watchful Owl: This original art painting was created in July of 1992 using oil paint applied to manila paper, and then covered with a hard sheet of plexiglass. The image of the owl was created as the oil paint became emeshed between the paper and the plastic sheet. (Turned clockwise the image becomes the face of a frog, or possibly a snake.)The artist had named his process as "Press Together Imagery." This New Image Art was created and signed by Edward Longo during July 1992. The painting is framed within a simple gold metal frame.
