Independence Hall, Philadelphia, PA. Once the Pennsylvania State House (1732), Independence Hall, is essentially the birth place of the nation. Its history and symbolism make it the most significant landmark in the United States. This rendering is a representational painting (the artist lives near this beautiful architectual treasure) and has taken some minor "liberties" in this rendition which add to the symbolic value of the work.
