During the summer months in the historic Philadelphia “Old City” region, which includes Independence Hall, young artisans, mucisians and historians volunteer to wear historical garb and become representational citizens of Philadelphia from the mid- to late 1700’s. These dedicated players interact with adults and children to bring alive the Philadelphia that once was. This is part of a series of portraits that hopefully captures the unusual spirit of these imaginitive and talented people.
