The lid has 5 panels, #1, #3 and #5 are sculpted wood both sides, #2 and #4 contain Cranberry Wine colored Cathedral granite pattern texture stained glass on the exterior with mirrors on the interior.
The 4 sides are also sculpted on the exterior. The center panel has inlaid into it a 2 inch diameter polished solid brass case clock with ivory colored dial with roman numerals. Has 2 polished solid brass 95 degree stop hinges.
The box bottom is lined with Purple crushed velvet. It has a Sankyo 50 note musical movement that plays the Blue Danube Waltz.
I apply 3 finish coats of clear marine grade polyurethane spar varnish that is impervious to most liquids including body oils and some mild acids.
