Seller Comments... Both my brother and myself adore Japanese gardens. I wanted to create an area of sanctuary so that each time I looked into the painting I could drift off and visualise being there. The overall effect of the painting has been created by a selection of nine different scenes being placed together. The original building was surrounded by paving and was taken from a daytime scene, which I changed to a night scene. I then wanted to create depth by adding trees and water and most importantly the lighting was added to create warmth. Please enjoy my Japanese garden. Each limited edition fine art print is hand signed by Sur and comes complete with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
