This image was made during Polands Communist era, hint, look at the eagerness of the customers, almost to the point of pushing to be next before there is nothing left. This was a time when the farmer was better able to distribute food stuffs than the State. While the people were still asleep the farmers were loading up their horse carts to make the long journey to the open air market in Krakow, this is a moment that is all hers now and what better than a well deserved cat-nap (tennis shoes are great)?
All materials, techniques and pigments used in producing this print are archivally in line with museum standards. Print is frontally titled and signed with copyright.
