This was a gift to my 88 year old mother in law from the original artist for posing for her (female artist) when my mother in law was young and beautiful. Could have been in Los Angeles area when done or in any part of the usa. There was also a painting done on a piece of ivory but I don't have any info on that piece. I just want to know who did the work and maybe a value of the piece. Any ideas? There is an MM 1937 on the piece in the lower rt. It is painted on a used bit of paper that shows that the page was part of a design of a poster dated 1913 for a fasion show of march 6 7 & 8th. All on the back is just hardly visable on the back and only just a hint of all of that shows up on the back. It is 13x16 tall. It shows a blue vase with a handle and pink, blue, and white flowers in the vase.
