I was recently in court for an emergency custody hearing. It resulted when my stepchildren's father accused me of abuses. He also disappeared with them at that time. Had he not filed for custody and alleged abuse, it would have been a crime!
If there was ever any abuses to report, they should be reported. Don't you think?
I have done figure photos for 15 years. He brought a photo of ART printed out from my website and put it into evidence as the type work I was doing in front of the children. This was a lie. His lies about facts do not trouble him. Spencer also introduced a photo of my stepdaughter standing before a dry lakebed that I had in my BLOG on March 7, 2005 He said my comment that "it was fun getting her to pose" was inappropriate. He tried to make it sound bad. During the trial the judge ordered me to shoot no fine art nudes at all! I didn't, but I do not feel it was right! I complied!The judge said there was no emergency, nor a reason to alter custody! The judge ordered Spencer to pay our attorney fees.
I am severely brain damaged because of a car wreck and was once not even my own guardian.I was DRIVING the car above home from work! I recently got my own guardianship. He found my BLOG on a Google search and was upset. He said in court that I do not have the mind of an adult. That issue played well for him back when I was "legally" incompetent. He didn't know that it was no longer the case.
The other day, Spencer M. Brandkamp told the person who was once my guardian to ORDER me to remove any references to the ordeal or him from my BLOG! Spencer threatened to accuse me of the same old false abuses again!
Spencer M. Brandkamp tried to use my ART photos, which he found on the web in court against me! The web giveth and the web taketh away. I see his resume there has magically disappeared. Just do a Google search on his name if you want. LOL That is how he found my nudes.
