Although most of the art in my house is original or prints, I am thinking of getting a modern hand-painted (not giclee) reproduction of a Rembrandt. There are tons of people selling this stuff on the Net. How can I tell who will do a good job? Is there a Consumer Reports of these companies? Do any of them have a feedback system like eBay? Do any have "reputable" names in the business? Anyone have a positive experience with one of these companies?
