THE GRAHAM COLLECTION is proud to present a month long exhibit featuring the artworks of a native Washingtonian, Greg Scott who is also a Painter, Curator and Designer. Greg Scott began his journey as a professional artist at the Columbus College of Art & Design, Columbus, Ohio and received his Bachelor degree (BFA) from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, N.Y. This exhibit will be up from March 1, 2006 through March 26, 2006.
Greg Scott brings newness and freshness to his artwork, mixing Hip Hop Art, Pop Art, and Jazz together and creates a twist of what we call “Pop Culture”. Greg Scott’s work has been published and featured in several newspapers, magazines and books (i.e. People Magazine, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Interview, Elle, Detail, Washington Premiere, The Washington Sun, NBC Today Show, and “The Beginner’s Guide to Collecting Fine Art-African America Style).
