Hi, I realise that you posted your message quite a while ago, but I would appreciate any information you discovered on the artist Chezar. My wife and I were given a Chezar painting by a friend years ago, it is a street scene, possibly Madrid or Paris, quite similar to the 19th Century Madrid scene painting which is for sale on this site.
