I’m still in some spiritual phase from a fast I did last week so this looks really cool.
During the fast my arthritic stiffness eased and I loosened up some so I’m thinking it was food related and now I'm introducing foods every few days to check.
Brown rice, flaxseed oil, kayaking Gil.
P.S. Ommmmmmmm, Ommmmmmmmmm.
