A rumble of pain, a translucent sky,
and with it, my words slowly die.
Filtered light seeps between us,
your lust, my anguish.
Realisations sweep,
grasp, take my mind.
Electric isolation unveils a ghostly silhouette.
No words part our icy lips,
a frozen heart radiates no warmth.
You enter me,
paralysed in all but feeling.
My heart cries out, and is overlooked.
My eyes bleed, your soul solidifies.
I am dead, and you continue.
Unable to escape, we melt together,
your absent soul becomes mine.
Pure in all but belief we are one.
The storm in my heart intensifies,
but with your suppression grows calm.
The clouds lift,
rain floods my crypt,
my ease comes with your empowerment.
Taken, I fall.
Entwined, you grow within,
the demon in my head.
