I'm hoping someone can provide me with some information on a watercolor painting. It depicts a Dutch couple walking through the snow in clogs and colorful outfits, the male is holding a lamb, the woman is holding a rooster and a dog is following along, there is a building in the background. The signature looks to be "Pico" and the date seems to be 1941? It's a bit hard to make out. It is watercolor over pencil sketching. Any info you may have would be appreciated, I love the artwork.
