My mother owns two, signed, original oil paintings by the same artist but we cannot figure out the signature on them so that we may look up the artist. They are both beautiful nature/season scenes, one for Fall and one for Winter- there may be others. I took digital images of both the paintings, as well as a close up of the signature.
The signature /looks/ like "H. A. Guine", but we cannot be sure as searches for the name have been fruitless. What we do know is that my father purchased them around '79/'80 at "Gallery in the Round" - Woodbridge, NJ.
