I have worked out that the cost of renting the wall space, sending over the work, flying to Florence, and staying over to attend in person (which is essential to make the most of any Bienniale) would be around $10,000 from the UK. Without support this is too much of a risk in my view and it is notoriously difficult to get such considerable support. So good luck in raising funding and let us know how it goes.
