I am wondering how many of these are around. It is signed it has artists proof in the lower left corner, San Fransisco in the lower middle part of the print, John signature is in the lower right. The proof is in great condition and professionally framed. I was wondering if I have something to show off or it is a common piece to have. Hoping someone could answer me on this question. I have been told both it is valuable and it is not. I know that art is depending on the buyer but is their any history on this print. Thanks JJ
