Now, as I previously said to someone who complained that this forum seemed to be dying, (which entire thread was deleted, either by accident or by intent), ... this complaint is a perception brought on by any one person's own lack of further participation, specifically, the tendency NOT to act as an initiator, but instead rely soley on all others who participate to act as a catalyst to one's own motivation.
If everybody thinks this way, then nobody responds. REaction requires action.
If you don't like a response, then ignore it, and raise a topic of your own. If you like a response or are attracted to a comment, then respond or think of something constructive to say.
Actually, what I said was not so diplomatic. I called people WIMPS who waited for the actions of others to inspire them or who got scared off by posts that initially caused discord in their fragile emotional makeups. I was trying to provoke you,... okay,... I admit it,.... feeding you negative crackers,... little firecrackers to ignite sparks that only later I would attempt to extinguish with diplomacy.
Oh, by the way, I am NOT the original poster of the thread with a similar title to this one. But if ever a ship was going down to censorship, I figured I'd try to give some semblence of credible doubt to the possible accidental deletion of a necessary thread, in order to discuss this issue sanely, as we seemed to be doing before the thread magically went bye bye.)
