Hi, im not new. can anybody help me find info on this taste. the flavor tastes sort of like bitter, except not unpleasant. It's not really sweet either, but I wouldn't call it sour. It's between bitter and sour, with just a touch of sweet, and a tad salty perhaps. Usually it occurs in conjunction with a unique texture - not soft like ice cream, not sticky like caramel, etc., etc.

Can anyone help me describe exactly the taste of meat? Or how about describing for me the color "blue"? Better still,... describe for me the exact feeling of happiness.

Duh,... wait, .... wow, I forgot, there's this thing called "photography", where when I show a picture, it speaks a million words. Maybe I should show a photo to save all the innane attempts to identify something that cannot be identified without an ACTUAL IMAGE, ACTUAL TASTE, ACTUAL FEEL.

Harsh, but I'm just so sick of it.

?...!
