Mahogany Essence is proud to announce their first inaugural exhibition to be held at the Lennox Contemporary Gallery in Toronto, Ontario on August 1st, 2007 - August 5th, 2007.
We are looking for the best figure artwork of women of African origin. We encourage all artists, whether established or emerging, to submit works for consideration. Eligible media is all 2D artwork including: paintings, drawings, fine art prints, photography, computer-generated prints, and mixed media.
This exhibition is set to coincide with the Toronto's largest Caribbean festival, Caribana, held over that same period. Over 1 million visitors travel to Toronto for this festival giving us an amazing opportunity to reach a wide number of people.
