I recently acquired an oil on canvas painting which depicts what I believe is a harbor or skyline. Kind of hard to tell, for me. It looks like, what I have so far learned, to be called palette knife painting. It is signed in the corner : Rupert '63. I can email pictures of it, if anyone is willing to help me learn more about the painting/artist.
