I just saw your message--although it's a bit old--because I was checking for information on a Gleria that I own. My father purchased "A Lady Wandering" several years before he passed away in 2003. All I know about the artist, I have met him by the way, is that he was working in Spanish Village in San Diego-Balboa Park. If I recall, he has passed away. If it is the same artist, his style appears to be modern impressionist--reminds me a little of Van Gogh. It is a treasured piece because my father so adored it. Hope that helps.
