I am trying to decipher the last name of an artist of a picture I have. It is a 2 tone, blue and white picture of boats on shore with a raised relief look.........I am NOT art savvy!! It is a limited edition, 22/500. Framed size is Approx 36" wide and 31" tall. Artist's last name is W. Wood..something. Almost looks like the last name is Woodnod? Perhaps Woodard? There is a D at the end...or, at least, looks like D. Can't make out the entire last name. The picture is done in blue and white and has a large all white boat in the foreground, on the beach, with sails down. The boat has a raised relief to it. Other boats are in the background and are also white and raised relief. Seagulls are in the sky behind the boats. It is matt framed and signed with what looks like pencil? My mom gave me the picture in 1985 before she passed away. I have tried searching repeatedly to find out any information and can't! If anyone could shed some light on this issue, I'd be very grateful! Thanks in advance!
