Plein Air Painters of America Exhibition

A three day celebration of the renewal of the annual PAPA exhibition previously held on Catalina Island and now to be housed at the Haggin Museum, an exquisite small museum in Stockton, Ca. with a magnificent collection of 19th century French and American landscapes and figurative works. The three day event will be a collaboration between the Haggin and the Lodi Wine Industry, which has been winning awards throughout the country and internationally, for its excellent wines. Friday night will feature a Meet the Artists party, with a benefit auction. Saturday morning will be a paint out by the members and guest artists of PAPA at Jesse's Grove Winery in Lodi. The opening of the museum exhibit will be Saturday night at the Haggin Museum, and Sunday morning will feature a Brunch with the sale of the works done on Saturday at the paint out, plus additional works by participating artists. The Brunch will be at the beautiful Wine and Roses Inn and Spa in Lodi.
