Call to Artists …Be bold, be creative, send a message or make a statement by participating in miArte Gallery’s 2nd annual 85 @ 85 on exhibit from December 1, 2007 - February 29, 2008 at miArte Gallery, located at 85 Merrick Way, Coral Gables, FL.
miArte Gallery is committed to presenting works of art by emerging, early and mid-career artists. At miArte Gallery we pride ourselves in the quality of the art that we present and how we represent our artists.
We are pleased to invite artists to participate in our 2nd annual group exhibition 85@85 where the only boundary is that of a 20” x 20” x 1˝” unframed gallery-wrapped canvas. All mediums and styles are welcome.
miArte Gallery has partnered with The SMARTride and The Center For Positive Connections to host a preview reception on Saturday, December 1st in conjunction with World AIDS Day, 10% of the sales proceeds for the evening will benefit these designated charities whose mission it is to provide support for those living with AIDS. The opening reception will be on Friday, December 7, in conjunction with Coral Gables Gallery Night.
Additionally, miArte Gallery will host three additional receptions, advertise in local art magazines, issue press releases, distribute announcement postcards and send e-blasts promoting the exhibit to an established list of gallery friends and collectors as well as feature the exhibit on our website.

Please note that we will not accept phone inquires regarding this exhibit. Deadline to submit is October 27, 2007. Only accepted artists will be notified via e-mail by October 31, 2007. If accepted, artist may submit up to two pieces. Each piece must be on a 20” x 20” x 1˝”, unframed gallery-wrap canvas. Work must be received in the gallery by November 23, 2007. Accepted artists will be responsible for all shipping costs and a $75 participation fee. Contract Agreements will be submitted in advance.
