I have this amazing painting signed by Tomas, no date, original oil painting, there is a devil face on back with two swirl marks--green and blue paint to make those marks. the front is a scene of people walking in the rain down a busy street i believe in Europe somewhere. By the looks of the clothing its nineteenth century clothing, but i could be wrong. i have no idea where to start looking for who actually painted this, what it might be worth, or where it came from. I bought it at an estate sale for $4.00 and it's driving me nuts trying to find this information out. even if it's a no-name, i want the facts on this amazing painting. thanks!

first link is the devil face and swirl, second link is the entire face of painting, third link is a close up of the people in the rain and style of clothing they are wearing, and the fourth link is of Tomas signature on the painting.
